If product is in stock it will most likely ship within a day from our location in Maryland, USA.International Orders
This site currently only accepts orders from the USA.Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting international orders for any less than 50 units. If you wish to make an international order please contact us for a quote.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Defective Products
All products are warrantied against mechanical/functional defects (warranty period varies based on product), appearance/consmetic issues are not considered under warranty. Warranty may be denied if the device is considered to have been damaged due to user abuse or neglect, this includes but is not limited to: inserting a battery in the incorrect orientation, using an inadequate power supply, damage due to a power surge.All batteries are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty. If you receive a defective battery please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If a product is covered under warranty, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping defective item to CoreDNC and we will at our discretion repair or replace and ship back. This only applies to orders shipping to the USA.
